Gdy posiadamy już płytę z Knoppiksem, możemy przystąpić do uruchomienia systemu. Jako pierwsze ustawiamy w biosie bootowanie (opcje startowe, czyli jakie urządzenie ma być uruchomione jako pierwsze) na CDROM i restartujemy komputer.
